Liberty Tattooing was founded in 2021 by our artist and owner Richie in the City of Pottsboro, Texas. He was raised around tattooing his entire life.
Upon graduating high school Richie joined the U.S. Coast Guard and became an elite Helicopter Rescue Swimmer. After serving honorably for 6 years he went on to earn a Bachelors of Science Deg

Upon graduating high school Richie joined the U.S. Coast Guard and became an elite Helicopter Rescue Swimmer. After serving honorably for 6 years he went on to earn a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. He then passed his nursing board exam and become an ER registered nurse.
In 2017 he left the nursing field to pursue his life long dream of becoming a tattoo artist. He attended tattoo school at the elite Master Tattoo Institute in Miami Beach, Florida where he obtained his first tattoo license. He has been providing high quality tattoos ever since.
